I, and a group of smaller SOT Streamers are putting on a SOT BINGO "PVP edition" competition at the end of May on Twitch. We are providing $ prizes to the winning team and some viewers. IS it possible to submit the Official Guidelines and rules to RARE/SOT to see if they can support in anyway. Such as donating sails, ship sets, codes etc... to our event? If this is even possible where would i start to get the document and digital media to them?
Will RARE/SOT Support smaller streamer communities that are not partnered?

I think the only thing you can do is to reward the winner(s) by giving them a code from the windows/steam shop?
