    I’m trying to play for the first time in a while and my friends all logged in and played just fine but when I tried to log in I kept getting the strawberrybeard error code and I am not sure what’s going on

    From their website:

    Mainly caused by the servers being down for maintenance, or external network issues. This can also be caused by Firewall and Antivirus updates blocking the game client, or ISP connection issues.

    Also saw a reddit post that advised to make sure you have the latest version of SoT: https://www.reddit.com/r/Seaofthieves/comments/8yzcao/the_solution_for_strawberrybeard_sufferers/

    I also have this problem if someone can help me I play on ps5 and I have no external network problem, I would like to be able to play sea of ​​thieves but it gives me this same problem for 4 days. Does anyone have a solution please

    Same issue, bought the game this week and still unable to play it, too bad PSN refunds are impossible to get it.

    Deleting save data, reinstalling the game, shutting down console, any suggestion involving a software/hardware related action is useless as this is clearly a connection/account validation issue and no one is giving us the right guidance because I’m afraid they don’t know what is causing it.
