Im interested in getting this fov not for gameplay advantages but more so accessibility feature for my wife she cant seem to play the game without getting dizzy we love to adventure together. But she cant seem to not be dizzy even with highest fov and lowest spin settinf. She plays zombies with the 120 fov and lower turn speeds and doesnt have a problem. Would 120 fov become a standard someday? Or if anyone has tips thanks !

No tips since if you change game files you’re breaking ToS. Do not do this!
If your wife has issues with dizziness due to gaming, they should see a doctor and/or an optician.
The ability to modify FoV beyond the in-game limits was never intentional and has been removed in order to restore the intended settings of Sea of Thieves.
The game is designed for 90 FoV Maximum, anything beyond that looks distorted and broken.
There are no intentions to change this in future.
