QoL Suggestion: Rag and Bone Crates

    Simple request.

    Allow for Rag and Bone Crates to be handed in to the Sovereigns (or Larinna if you're not Captained). No commendation progression, but sell them for doubloons - just like selling them at the Reaper's Hideout.

    That is all.

    Alternative idea, now that HC reps are at all outposts, allow them to take the crates.

    Though Merchant Alliance is already programmed to take rag & bone crates, just limited to the crates that wash up on shore with their name. Maybe allow them to take all crates.
