New instrument

I think the instrument variation is fine as is, personally. Violins are definitely pretty "piratey", but the hurdy gurdy acts a similar instrument in terms of sound. I also have suspicions that they probably scrapped the violin since it probably conflicts with a lot of outfits and would cause clipping issues. At least that's my guess, since all the instruments are held in front of the pirate.

You can also find one of lechuck’s crew playing the fiddle in the very first monkey island tall tale.
If you listen to it, you can even hear him playing some of the already existing shanties in game.

Hard agree, another instrument is always fun :)
