Friendly Fire Commendation

    There's no way I'm the only one who thinks this commendation is unnecessarily difficult to get. It feels genuinely impossible.

    I've tried firing firebombs at the megalodon from my ship, and I've tried going out and just swimming to it to throw the firebombs at it myself. No matter how many times I hit it with firebombs, I do not get the commendation. I even waited until the redmaw charged up to explode and threw a firebomb right before it was about to burst, and STILL I did not get the commendation.

    Unless there's something I'm not getting, I really think this commendation should be changed to just hitting the meg with a firebomb. The way it is now just seems impossible since I feel like I've tried everything and it still just doesn't get me the commendation.

    It took only two firebombs for me to get the commendation... You just have to make Redmaw overheat from firebombs. That's simple enough as is.

    So an update, I just took a rowboat to a new redmaw and loaded it up with thirty firebombs. I threw a ton of them, and I threw four of them at the redmaw as it was charging up and one of them did cause it to explode. However that did not get me the commendation. I ended up sitting in the water because the explosion caused the rowboat to break, and threw six more firebombs at it that I had in a storage crate. Luckily this time I was able to get the commendation, even though I didn't even cause it to explode a second time.

    I think it's really just inconsistent. If I have to make the redmaw overheat and explode from firebombs I should have had the commendation three redmaw encounters ago.

    If anyone else is struggling with this then just good luck, try taking a rowboat with a storage crate filled with firebombs because it's gonna take a lot if you're as unlucky as I am.
