Xbox Login pop-up screen crashes the game at launch (Steam)

    I've been playing the Steam version since June of 2020. Never had any issues. But out of nowhere, at the start of the new year I just can't get into the game.

    Everytime I launch, the game asks me to sign in, which was never the case before. And once the Sign In window appears, the game freezes and crash.

    I've tried reinstalling the game, on different hard drives. Drivers are up to date. Windows Credentials removed. Been trying to google a solution for hours but I've only found a few (very recent) posts of the same issue without any fix. I've also contacted support and they forwarded my case and I'm waiting for a response.

    The insider build (Steam) works without any issues.

    Any suggestion?

    When you try to login the Xbox Sign in just crashes and closes itself without any error message?

    Please go to Start and Type "Services" Open it. Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services). Right Click Properties if you want Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

    See if the issue persists and please let me know.

    @kaakaooo Having same issue, tried the "Services" step. Still freezing on "Sign in" step then crashing

    Just came in to say I'm having the exact same issue. Changing all the Services settings did nothing. :/
