Who has actually done this legitimately? I came across a pirate early who had but it's just an insane concept. Wondering if it was hacks.

I am nearly there on the achievements side of things; currently need a few more legend of the veil completions (60 or so) and catch/sell 3 more shadow stormfish
very far with commendations (main limiting factor there is that i have never even smelled the shrouded ghost)
the only real challenge to 100% (not counting 5x ghosts) is doing it organically
if people don't care about the organic play part they can just coordinate and cooperate to get stuff done
If it was a main account they probably didn't cheat, pretty low chance of randomly encountering someone that did it all organically tho.
Not many people really consider the 5 ghosts a part of the grind. I dunno if anyone has it but it'll only be a few at most.
@flvnkie It's doable but it requires some dedication; having said that the best way to get there is to accomplish your goals whilst, enjoying the game.
