So, I made a purchase for ancient coins two weeks ago (Yes, they took my money from my account). I have placed tickets, they answered at first and no longer reply to any messages. I provided receipts of purchases. What can I do next to try and get a resolution to the problem? Any suggestions?
Ancient Coin Purchase
When you buy coins through Microsoft Store, you need to launch the game through Microsoft/Xbox for it to apply.
When you buy through Steam, then you need to start the Steam version of the game for it to apply.If you bought on the MS store and play on Steam, the coins won't be added and neither the other way around.
