High Ping and game freeze in Reaper's Hideout

Last week I've started to have a lot of problems near the Reaper's Hideout, sudden high ping peaks making my game freeze for 5 second and getting teleported to the bottom of the sea . Can't sail or engage in fights near it .. Never had a problem with ping in the game and my internet connections is super stable. Already checked for corruptions on files but everything is ok .. I really don't know what I can do anymore.. This is making my game unplayable in that specific zone, specially when contesting a Burning Blade .
