Hello! I want to ask you, did you create a safe mode for fun? It is impossible to play it, the amount of earnings is extremely small, then why play it at all?I really like your game, but I am constantly being killed and my ship is destroyed due to the fact that I/we are in the minority, I do not have many friends and I really want to play pirates, but these two situations make me sad and even led to apathy after another defeat. I ask you to make the safe mode the same as the usual one, only without other people, For fans of battles you have made an additional mode, so you also made it very profitable (A lot of money can be earned). And people like me (who don't really like fighting with other players) get left out and offended. Thank you in advance, I wish you all the best.
P.S. There are very cheaters or very skilled gamers in your game, it is impossible to resist them somehow.
Safe Sea
Just look at pvp in high seas as more difficult and/or more random pve.
You don't have to win, you don't even have to fight, you just gotta work around it.
I made a lot of gold and got a lot of things done in the first few years of the game. It wasn't from being some pvp champ, it wasn't from stacking good loot or doing anything fancy. I didn't even have a crew a large majority of the time.
I got frustrated like many do in comparable situations but I never let it stop me.
Pick up a little bit and sell a little bit, do a commendation here and a commendation there.
Scuttle a boat, leave a server, have a fight, whatever your preference is, just do it and get it over with so you can get right back to a little here and a little there.
Success is consistency. More success is consistency and efficiency.
Anyone can do that. Doesn't matter the skill or how many times you lose because a little adds up to a lot over time, and there is no number to meet, it's just your collection of stuff.
The mind is unbelievably powerful. People can do things they once never thought possible. That includes you. Embrace humility and appreciation for what you have and the opportunity that you are fortunate enough to have in front of you, and it's all golden.
You are always welcome to message me if you wanna talk strategy for comms or getting stuff turned in. Most people are just a few changes away from doing fine on high seas.
@wolfmanbush After work, I just want to go in and relax, admire the scenery, dig up a couple of chests, and not climb the mast like a fool every minute and see if someone is nearby or not. In most cases, I am drowned when I am busy with something on the island, after which I am also bullied. I won't do anything alone against 3-4 people. Moreover, I'm from Russia, so it won't work out.

I'm gonna tell you something you won't hear much from experienced players.
I don't watch out for opponents. When I hear shots that's when I make decisions. There are so many people that hop servers in one way or another and so many people merging and spawning in the area it's a waste of time and energy to worry about something random.
The reason for that is because people put themselves in situations where they are worrying most of the time about things that just happen sometimes. It has allowed me to be incredibly more efficient over time and a lot more peaceful.
That doesn't mean don't keep an eye on things but I'm never worrying about it and it's a real chill way to play this game.
I anchor when I wanna anchor, I go where I wanna go, and I do what I wanna do and if I get sunk that's just the price to pay for the experience.
Pvp only slows people down once in a while, what really gets in people's way is worrying about it and then trying to fight against what exists. Take out the worry and the ego and numbers go up and it's a lot more manageable.
The game design and intent for Sea of Thieves is a shared world adventure, and it always will be. Those who wish to play in the confines of Safer Seas will always have the option but we will not bring the rewards and activities in line with those of High Seas when many of the restrictions are in place due to the risk vs reward factor that is inherent in Sea of Thieves - removing any risk means rewards must be balanced accordingly.
Safer Seas will act not only as a safe space for our Tall Tale players but also for families with children who just want to pirate, for people who want to play the game but learn the ropes and it will organically feed into Adventure mode, keeping the player pool there healthy and upskilled as they've learned the mechanics.
This is not only useful for new players but also families and players with accessibility needs - the whole game suddenly becomes available in a way it hasn't before, letting them naturally progress to High Seas and become a Pirate Legend. SoT has grown a huge amount in 5 years and it can be fairly overwhelming.
The borders put in Safer Seas mean that to experience the full depth and breadth of the game you will have to hit the high seas BUT if you're playing with your family you don't have to, you can just enjoy the game and have fun as a family.
