Since the season 14 launch on Thirsday I've noticed that if you have the Skelly curse actively equipped you cannot assign new disguises to the disguise radial wheel, you just see a blank green text screen. But if you unequip the Skelly curse or switch to a different curse you are then able to assign your new disguises. I tried this with the chest of the damned and sea master's chest disguises on a ashen colored skelly curse with the short fuse skull, rib cage upoer body, and swag shorts lower body (non curse cosmetics were primarily the guilded helm outfit)
Equipped disguises will however still work with the skelly curse. All observations on PS5.
