I think that the blue and gold ghost curse is bland compared to the smelly curse which has more curse variants on the way to level 1,000 I think it would make gof more enjoyable if like let’s say every 100 levels you get a new ghost color so it’s not just 900 levels your just doing nothing for

@darthozzy6510 It would be very strange and nonsensical in relation to Lore.
As far as I know, there is only one more possible ghost color, which would be red, which Flameheart used as a spirit in both the ghost fleet event and the season eight opening screen.
The customization of the ghost curse are your own cosmetics, you create your ghost pirate, what the Guardians of Fortune should have as a prize are more skins like the mysterious stranger, skins related to Athena and Lore
@lleorb I think it's still a good idea though. A lot of cosmetic stuff in the game doesn't follow lore, but is still cool. I think at least a few new ghost color variants would be cool and Guardians need a ton more rewards. The current rewards for them relating to HG are incredibly sad. I still don't know why they just don't reskin/color Arena stuff and add it for Guardians rewards. Arena had literally the coolest cosmetics in the entire game, so changing them up a bit and possibly the colors would have people actually want to grind Guardians. The mysterious stranger outfit is kind of a joke tbh and I don't feel like grinding to lvl 1000, so I pretty much only do Servants. I would assume plenty of others feel the same way.
@thamb0 Do you really think the mysterious stranger's outfit is bad? It's the outfit I wanted the most when I started the game in 2018 lol
I still think that ghosts of different colors would be too weird, they would stop looking like spirits, It is true that some things have no basis in Lore but the ghost curse must have, I think it is much better for Athena to focus on clothes of characters in the plot, Demarco's costume, the Pirate Lord's ships, reskins of Athena's costumes.

@lleorb lol no I meant to say "Only" the Mysterious Stranger outfit. Like, that's the only cosmetic outfit to grind for related to Guardians HG.. unless I'm missing one? Meanwhile, Servants have like 40+ curse/cosmetic variants to obtain.
Yes, too many Ghost curse colors would be akin to power rangers XD, but maybe they could do red like you said, and maybe they could do a variant that's like the Legendary Curse, but the eyes are Red and the Sigil on the chest is red.. oooor maybe they could do a ghost curse variant that only changes you into a ghost at night and during the day it looks something like the Legendary Curse?
I think we agree that Guardians def need some love? And, yes the Athena faction should focus on those cosmetics, but the Guardians should focus on bringing back reskins of old Arena cosmetic IMHO. Sea Dogs are tied to Athena through the Pirate Lord of course and they are all about PVP, which HG is, so that's easy stuff to implement. The Pirate Lord is awesome stuff, but should honestly stay to PvE Athena unlocks. Like, doing new Athena Voyages or Athena Levels. Thoughts?
