Not getting gold after making Burning Blade rituals

    Yesterday we sold all our treasures after 5 rituals to Flameheart, but we didn't get any coin after that. We waited a bit and reconnected after 20 minutes or so but the problem was still. Today I logged in and more of the same, there's no gold nor rep. I don't know if there's any way we ourselves could solve this, but, if not, we would appreciate a solution.

    Sometimes when the servers are overloaded, all progression gets lost.

    Sometimes it comes through hours later.

    Rare used to publicize when it happened, and offer gilded voyages as a reward, but these days it happens SO often, that they stopped trying to compensate for it, and the compensations never been worth it anyway.
