Now that skeletons have gotten a much-needed cosmetic update (Amazing, by the way Rare! The Obsidian designs are slick and I look forward to seeing more of King Flamehearts skeleton variations in the future!) I feel like its time for our Ghastly Ghouls get some cosmetic rewards to encourage players to take up Guardians of Fortune!
Currently, its a little imbalanced (At least in my experience) for queuing to fight Guardians as Servants. I feel like the rewards past 200 are a good reason for this.
So I would like to request Ghost Curse recolors for levels 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, & 900. These would be the Flames of Fate! At level 300, White Flame Ghost Curse, 400 Green Flame Ghost curse. The colors for the higher levels could be the more vibrant ones- purple, red, dark blue, and the final one at 900 could be the Pink flame of fate, or the PVP flame. Then the final stretch to 1000 and become golden will feel much more sweet.
I feel these recolors would work well and fit nicely into the world. and recolors of the ghost exist in the form of the golden ghost, so why not others?
Skeletons can be red, cheeto, green, black, white and even pink! The cosmetic variety allows skeletons to size one another up - knowing where they are at in their PVP journeys. The ghost curse only shows you reached level 100. Pirate Legend curse was grandfathered in as a reward for a previous season, and isnt a Guardians-exclusive reward like all the skeleton variety.
What do you think? Would having flames of fate recolors of the ghost curse be a nice way to bridge the gap from 200-1000? Do you think it would be fun to size up other ghosts based on their ghastly glow? Do you think the variety would lead to more people choosing to serve guardians and maybe increase queue times for Servants?
Id love to know how others feel about this, but I thought it might be a fun idea that I could see being a nice part of the PVP communities variety to choose from when sporting their allegiance
