In the video previews, and in the preview box in the Emporium, all the pirates wearing the Motley Mariner costume are wearing the hat, which is flush to their head shape; my pirate has extra large ears, and it pushes the shape of the hat out, giving the hat a bulbous look. I genuinely don't know if it's because of my pirate's ears, or if the previews were modified to make the hat look cleaner for advertisement purposes, but none of the other pirates wearing the hat have that bulged look to it.
I would be more likely to purchase the costume if the shape was closer to how it looks in the previews.
