doubloons taken without cosmetic given

  • purchased hair for 600 doubloons, but not only was the hair not given to me, but the doubloons were taken and the shop said I have yet to buy it!! Can someone please help or advise me what to do? 600 is far too much for me to just lose for no reason, I dont play often enough to get them

    Maybe reset the game ? If that continues to not work, try a support ticket, if they can't do something maybe try reinstalling.

    Sucks when this stuff happens.

    Thank you for trying to help, I restarted both computer and game, along with running a file integrity check. After it all, it did take more than 20+ mins to actually get into the game since opening, but I do not know if thats just an issue on my part. For reference, my pc is amazing at running things, but I wouldn't be surprised if its my wifi.

    Rest assured, the hair did show up finally, and it seems like the correct amount was of doubloons were taken.

    This honestly scared me as well when the doubloons were taken, but what I bought didn't show up yet.

  • It’s not just you. I’ve purchased items with gold and it take the gold, but not give the items. I’ve just repurchased them immediately and it took the gold again but that time I got the item. I didn’t bother about it as I have tons of gold and they weren’t very expensive items. Should it have been a doubloon item I would have submitted a ticket.
