Burning blade capture

Could be fun and useful; fun doing a world event as a Burning Blade and useful so people could do world event if they're not interested in fighting a player controlled Burning Blade.

But:
Not sure if the servers could handle that.
Could also cause issues regarding Burning Blade vs other crews doing a world event.

As much as I prefer to keep sailing on the same server, there is a solution for people wanting to do another world event: diving.
