Where do you turn in reaper chests?

    I dug one up from a pirates treasure map and I took it to the Reapers Hideout. When I got there I couldn't turn in the chest. Instead the npc said I need to turn it into any guild representative.

    So I sailed to a trading post and only to be informed that the chest can only be turned in at the Reapers Hideout. So what gives? Where do you turn them in?

    Odd, it should be turned in at the Hideout - the person on the left - not Flameheart.

    You cannot sell things to captain Flameheart, only to the servant of the flame (and interestingly other npc's beneath the reapers hideout). No other place to sell reapers chests and bounties, flags and logbooks however you can sell to reaper skeletons on outposts.
