I just purchased a Bait Crate from the Merchant Alliance, and while the "Take Bait Crate" prompt is appearing, it won't let me claim it. My X button is working just fine, and other prompts that use the X button are functioning. I sent myself to the ferry to see if it would make a difference, it didn't. A closed out of the game and rejoined the session too, but that didn't do anything either.
It's not a big deal, cuz it's only 5,000 gold, but for new players, 5,000 gold is a decent chunk of change to drop on a Bait Crate that's impossible to claim.
