Humble/Generous Gift is quite hard to get a hold of.

The problem is not that it only spawns in regular forts but the problem is that you can dive to these forts

Problem is players are confused what it actually means to dive to these world events. You’re not gonna get the same amount of loot as a normal fort.

If you want these difficult items. You got to do the difficult stuff.

@burnbacon He means the gifts don't spawn on "dived to" forts.

@burnbacon I do now that but the problem is that when you dive, you dive to an already existing event on an other server; which mean that you "take over" a whole world event. Because of that it is much harder getting a hold of the gifts. As I stated, I have no problem with the gift spawns BUT the problem is that when players dive to a world event THEY change the world event from a regular to a dived one. It has happened several times where me and my crew have been sailing towards a world event and then from the middle of no ware we see a player ship emerging from the water right next to the world event, and because they dived to it all the loot changes. Which is very annoying when it happens so often.

I hope they address this also.
I suppose it would be an easy fix, just add the gifts back to the loot pool that emergent skeleton captains might drop in their little missions, at the very least.

Just finished three Forts
3 humble gifts and 2 generous gifts.
it’s possible and they weren’t the diving forts.

@burnbacon Oh? I have never gotten more than 1 gift in the forts that I have been doing. Is that something new then?

This achievement is almost impossible to complete today. With a 90% chance the fort of skeletons will be on player request, not random. It will take thousands of hours to close this achievement. Hopefully some gift event will be added.

I've spent 108 hours in the last two weeks looking for gifts, I've only found 4.

I still think emergent skelly cap's should have them in the pool like before tho.

Damn, you seem to have it even worse than me; 1 gift every 27 hours is crazy.

It would be enough if the captains gave them to you with the map. Let's hope for another event because giving them away has become impossible. It took us 2 hours to find someone to sell them for us

The topic of gift-giving seems to interest only a few people because not many players are aiming to fully complete the game with all the commendations. I myself have only recently become interested in this aspect.

As mentioned, finding gifts right now is particularly difficult, since they can only be found in non-contested Skeleton Forts. However, seeing a non-contested Fort spawn is currently quite rare. Over the past two weeks, we’ve been playing for about 5 hours every evening, focusing solely on finding non-contested Forts to get the gifts. The vast majority of the Skeleton Forts we’ve come across were contested, so no gifts were available. In the few uncontested Forts that we did find, we only obtained Humble Gifts—no Generous Gifts so far.

Once a gift is obtained, it becomes even more complicated to find a player willing to sell it at Reaper’s Hideout.

Being able to diversify the methods of obtaining these gifts, as it used to be in the past, would definitely be a great improvement. Additionally, having events that reward gifts wouldn’t be a bad idea either. I’ve heard that there was an event like this in the past (before I started playing), and it was apparently well-received. This would be a welcome addition once again.
