Why don't all Skeleton Captains count towards the commendation for Hunter of Cursed Captains?

    Currently it seems only Captains killed as a result of a voyage count. Skelly Galleon Captains, Captains during waves of any fort, nor the Captains found hanging out on island do not progress the tracker.

    I'm wondering if this is working as intended or a bug? Why wouldn't any named Captain (yes I'm aware there's bosses of crews too) grant progress towards your commendation?

    Im surprised the one on islands isn't counting, that could be a bug.

    As for Ship Captains and Forts, could be because too easy. But could also be a bug as well.

    Yeah, emerging skelly captains have never counted, as far as I remember (granted, my memory is shot, but I know that's always been a pet peeve of mine since I've started playing). Why ? Only Rare knows.
