Roughly since 6 ship servers were introduced I lost my captained sloop, whenever I open the my ships menu there is only the option to purchase a new ship. However was luckily able to pledge my ship to the guild despite me seemingly not having it, now that ship is pledged to the guild I can use it there, is there a fix possible to bring me my ship back.

When a ship is pledged to a guild it no longer shows up in you list of captained ships; you need to select Guild to sail on that one.
You can always remove a ship from a Guild, though not sure what would happen to the guild if it's the only ship pledged.
