steam ancient coins price for india

guys price of ancient coins quadrupled in just one week in the steam store? im from india and the 4250 coin pack costed 800rs and now its more than 3250rs?? is it a bug or did it go this much high? because now its borderline too costly for us indians to purchase in game items
