This is what happens with a sandbox game i am not too worried about it
you made such a big deal about these new weapons as well and theres only 3 skins and they have to be unlocked.... and we had a whole season that rewarded ghostly weapons which went well with the ghost curse but now no ghost versions of the new weapons.
I get your point but how many skins would be enough, 3 ? 5 ? 10 ? I have a feeling that the only way to never any complaints about it is to have all sets featured on new weaponry but this would create another issue, the effort of adding new weapons would then have to shift to mechanical niceties to simply have all the cosmetics available. I rather have it this way, add the new weapon and cosmetics will follow down the line
also whats with how awful the knife feels?
every video game ever: knives have the fastest attack speed
rare game: knives have the slowest attack speed, but hey you can charge the attack and throw them tho!.... i cant even imagine the base attack of the knife being useful. it got through testing like this? amazing.
Maybe this is because it has to sit in between the sword and the other ranged weapons, the sword while not having the best TTK in the game it has a pretty decent dps. The main focus of the knife is that its a ranged weapon that can be used as a melee weapon and. The throwing damage is pretty good as is the charged stab.
Also if you complain about its testing maybe you should have taken part in insiders and you would have been able to add feedback to the new weapons and you could have had a hand in its development
