I validated my Steam files (Windows 10, latest updates). All good, nothing needed to be redownloaded. Then I launched it, the EAC window opened, and it tells me after a couple of seconds that EAC is not installed. Stopping the service via the command line did not help.
Seriously Rare? Is QA just a couple of random letters over there??
EDIT: I just completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I'm still having the same issue.
EDIT2: Ran the installer for EAC via the run command and now it's finally launching. Rare, if it's this easy to break it and I have to use a convoluted process that I had to dig out of a support doc then maybe, just maybe you should fix this problem. Just a thought.
