Certain commendations locked at Tier 3 (10/10)

    Ever since I attempted to get Cannoneer of Lone Fire on 13.02.2024, certain commendations have been bugged for me, the issue is that they reach Grade III (10/10) and then count themselves as finished and stop progressing. It has happened to the following commendations:

    • Cannoneer of Lone fire
    • Herlm of Island Hopping
    • Voyage of Gold
    • Voyage for the Alliance

    I don't know what is causing this. I've sent multiple tickets to support and they keep marking my ticket as solved. I play the game for commendations and this is really disappointing as it demotivate me from continuing playing.

    Is anyone else having a similar issue?

    They only have 3 grades ...

    @lem0n-curry Why? Why do these only have 3 grades when everything else has 5?
    Why not make it grade 5 but count to a max of 10? There are many other commendations that does that.

    And why does none of the support staff I've talked to, mention this?
