And Still Can't Play on Xbox with Mouse and Keyboard

    The problem is still going on! I still can't play with my mouse and keyboard on my Xbox, but in a different way. When I go to raise my lantern it turns off or on, which isn't a big deal, but then we get to the weapons! With my sword I block before I slash when I click my attack mouse button, and when I hold my block button it blocks for a second then charges, and then for my pistol I can't even aim, like it'll shoot no matter what mouse button I press. I didn't test much else, but I'm assuming this kinda problem applies to things like the fishing rod, which sucks cuz I need to catch an amethyst islehopper!

    Please Rare fix this by Season 12 cuz I'm getting sick of this and I wanna be a pirate without issues with the way I play.

    Edit for people in the comments: Alright all y'all in the comments better stop arguing before I order a new PowerA controller and sink ya! My posts aren't for arguing, they're for meaningful discussions!

    there's a "Rare Are Hiring" link below if it's so easy to fix. or you could just rewrite the entire game's code for them. what major games did YOU code and develop?

    'Just Fix X' is never 'just' doing one thing, especially in a live game.

    "update the game engine" is also not just going to be a magic fix, despite what Youtube or Google tells you.

    Tell that to Epic not Rare, Rare doesn't have anything to do with the engine (UE)

    Plus, that doesn't insta fix anyway.

    game works fine for me. (Series X/Controller) of course, that's probably because I don't trash talk the devs so I got the super secret functional download where everything works as advertised and when it doesn't it's still kinda fun.
    ( sorry @Devtryak I'm not allowed to share the link lol I was going to ask if you've played with some settings recently or even did a full wipe/reinstall of SoT?)

    Also arguing won't do anything anyway, it's not like it makes Rare magically fix it.

    Plus there's a dedicated fix team now so I'm confident that it's being worked on.

    @i-slxshie-i People from the content team had to stop working on content to fix issues. Now they've hired a new branch specifically with the purpose of fixing bugs.

    smart enough to stop ordering the same thing when the kitchen is having a problem with it, baby-cakes.
    KB/M is broken, not discontinued. There is an issue with a feature, the game is not unplayable. OP also went into details of the issue, that perhaps, someone has found setting that could be tweaked/reset by the player instead.

    @et-sot8134 Right but even if they have fixed it, they would only relese said fix in the next monthly update. So, it makes sense it's been broken for a month because they can only relese the fix in the monthly update.

    Like everybody else said, if it's so easy apply and fix it yourself.
