Ever since season 11 dropped I've been having trouble getting devil's rum bottles from the Roar cargo runs. I haven't tried running the brimstone rum for it just yet.. am I just going to have to resort to finding them on islands? I was looking forward to getting that title.

@wolfmanbush I was trying the 4 at a time ones, must've just been bad luck. Next time I'll just run guild emissary out there and island hop for bottle quests and do cargo runs to maximize my chances I suppose.
