A blood drip or splatter theme for all sets would be cool to see. A bloody pirate or a ship set would make for a scary looking scenario. The hull could have footprints, handprints, body outlines.

Seems off to me
Pirates go to the ferry and return, nothing is graphic in the game, it's a lot of fantasy and magic and curses and all that fun stuff.
more atmosphere and less crime scene vibes imo
