Just started out in the game and there are no quests at all. Gold hoarders, merchants, souls - nobody has a quest! There are just basic dialogue options like who are and etc. Please really need help

@flyingproduct29 You can check available voyages for different companies at your ship's table. If you haven't done so play the tutorial for each company.
@flyingproduct29 All voyages have been moved from the company representatives to the map table on your ship. If you want to start a voyage for lets say the Gold Hoarders, go to you ship, interact with the map table, select voyages, gold hoarders and then the voyage you want to do. You can then choose to sail to that voyage (stay on your current server) or dive to your voyage (you will resurface directly next to your target island, but you change to another server by doing that).
