Iv been waiting for it to come to ps4 ever since the game came out, I was so disappointed when a lot of people said it was impossible for this game to be available on Sony because of Microsoft, and just when it did which I thought would never happen, turns out its solely for ps5 players.. is it be possible to have this on ps4? thank you to whoever reads this.

I'm picturing the board room meeting, senior executives having mapped out the pros and cons, considered the limitations vs all the benefits have come to the decision.

I'd recommend moving onto pc since it's not as expensive to keep the hardware up to date as you can upgrade bits and bobs as you need too. I moved from the Xbox one cuz I got fed up of having to buy a hole new console every couple years, Especially with how some of the cross platform games tend to focus on the newer consoles while the older ones get less attention
I don't see it ever happening. Given the install base of the PS4, yes, it would make a lot of business sense to release there, but I think Rare are looking at how the Xbox One consoles are already struggling with client performance (even though they do not affect servers, contrary to a lot of opinions).
Given Xbox's Matt Booty said when the Xbox Series consoles launched that they would phase out Xbox One after 2 years, Sea of Thieves has had an extended run there, and I would not be surprised to see Rare sunset support for those versions (as well as higher minimum specs on PC) within the next year or so.
With a PlayStation 5 Pro and a new more powerful Xbox Series console expected to release at the end of this year, I would hope to see deals on the current console stock, so it may be worth your while to upgrade.
Long-term though, PC is probably a better investment, with a lot more choice, and cheaper games. If you're a controller player like me, a lot of games also have controller support these days, so it's not too hard to adapt. I switched to PC in 2018 and I've never regretted it. However, it's really down to personal preference.
