I've done community support services for Minecraft modding, OBS, and other software for years.
One thing that has always been invaluable, has been a start-up log file.
With the rise in the amount of people that can no longer play the game, because of the GDK update, (I've had to help at least 2 friends and myself with that update) the time to add a log file has never been more critical.
Basic information that you want added to the log file, Game Version, Operating System version, MS Store/Steam, whether any anti-virus was detected, whether the xbox live integrations are working, whether the servers were successfully contacted, which stage of the loading process did it get to until it hung / crashed. the exact error/cause of any crash.
Having a file like this, I believe would save your customer support a TON of time when helping people, as they could get verification of the information they need by players just uploading 1 small text file. it's also possible to create automation that can automatically scan log files for common issues, and suggest knowledge base articles based on it.
