Help please...

  • Hello! I am new to the game (3 days since the first launch of the game). Yesterday I received a permanent lock (ban). I can't understand why, I didn't break the rules... My account is used only by me. I didn't have any locks (bans) on my XBOX account before. To date, the ban is only for the game "Sea of Thieves". (There have been no previous coercive measures). In the application of support wrote: "There is no ban on this account.", however, the ban remains to this day. Support wrote in the last response: "We will not make any additional comments on this appeal."

    Who knows what I need to do??? I want to play this game, I'm a honest player :(
