Random Encounter gone weird.

    So, me and a buddy were sailing, we had just completed a skull fort, and all of a sudden, this guy popped up on our ship. I doubt he was tucking since there were no other water craft present, and the nearest island was about two to three squares away.
    Then, he spammed in game chat a shout out for his twitch channel, and then me and my buddy got logged off and were unable to log back on.
    I don't know what happened, but something did.

    Doesn’t mean much these days. I’ve swam 6 squares with a keg and sank a ship :p

    Other than that, the sudden logout is very suspicious

    Could be anything from coincidence to cheating.

    I always go benefit of the doubt unless there is a strong case to be made, either way I just move on from it though.

    That situation sounds odd but without seeing it there isn't much to go on, even with seeing stuff it's often inconclusive.
