The Skull of Siren Song brings a huge issue to game. I don´t mean the voyage itself but it´s mechanic to spawn defeated enemys close by. This leads to situations where crews accept the Skull of Siren Song but do not really participate. But with it´s spawning mechanic they can come back as often as they want without any penalty.
So for example you are doing a FotD , a crew shows up and you sink them. But because they accepted the voyage they will now spawn at crooks hollow. Then you sink them again and they spawn at snake island. This will go on forever because no one will finish the skull of siren song. And altough you may not participate they can just always come back with new supplies. So you don´t have any time to finish the FotD, which you would have, had they spawned at a far away island how it should be.
This needs to be fixed ASAP. It completely breaks the game. Either the spawning mechanic needs to be removed or it needs a massive overhaul, so that it just works when both fighting ships participate in the Skull of Siren Song.
