Logging in problem on Xboxe one s

    I've tried to log in and play both through game pass and through the physical game disc itself and I've gotten the same problem both ways, this problem only started since season 11. Is there anything I'm forgetting of doing to fix this problem on my end?

    Signing into 2 accounts?

    I'm not trying but I do have 2 accounts open, I'll try closing one and see if that helps

    @killmonkey101

    Make sure the account that has your Live access is set to this xbox as it's home, and you should be able to sign into either one. The double login was the problem.
