Ship's Log Broken For Over a Year Now

    Ahoy, I haven't been able to load my ship's log in game for over a year. It says "Unable to Load" every single time. Does anyone else have this problem? I've sent 4 reports over the past year and can't even get this on the "Known Issues" list. Tried everything to fix it on my end and when I log into a different account on the same pc, the ship's log loads instantly...

    Found a few other threads on this issue with no solutions, so it seems like this problem just isn't affecting enough people/not squeaky enough.

    If I keep spamming it, it usually will eventually load.

    The issue is very annoying though.

    So I tend to not look at the ship’s log.

    Just for clarity, OP isn’t talking about logbooks but the ship’s log in the menu.

    I wonder if it has to do with NAT type but not sure because I know I rarely if ever have open nat.

    @fusedtiger70185 I don't think this is something on our end, because if I log into a different account on the same PC, the ships log loads instantly with no issues. The issue seems specific to Rare/Xbox accounts. Although, I haven't been able to get mine to load a single time no matter how much I spam it, so my issue might be different.

    I’m in game right now and it just took me four tries to get it to load.

    Have you tried like at least four times in a row?

    I got something went wrong 3x and then finally voila.

    @fusedtiger70185 Yeah I just loaded up and spammed it about 30 times, something went wrong every time :(. But as soon as I sign into a different account it doesn't even have to buffer rofl

    I've had the same issue since just about a month after the feature was introduced. Well over a year now. It is definately account specific as I have the same issue on any PC, or any Xbox console, but onyl on my account. My family's works fine. I've opened a support ticket that was closed within a day saying they would look into it and have never got any response back. It is EXTREMELY annoying.
