Ahoy!
I'm playing on PC (Windows 10 via Microsoft Store), and whenever I boot the game or leave to the main menu, and for a little bit after I load into a server, the game does not load the high quality versions of textures and some portions of UI elements (ui backdrops or items in barrels, and most of the pages to the guild seal customization menu). Once loaded into a server, the textures load after a few minutes, which is mildly frustrating when first supplying up a ship. The real frustration comes when trying to create a guild for myself and friends, as none of the textures for the crest customization options render for preview.
This issue has been present for a few months now since I returned to the game, and I'm not sure what to do to solve it.
