Vaults and shipments rewards nerfed?

    Ok is it me or does it seem like the rewards in the gold hoarder vaults and the lost shipments voyages got extremely nerfed

    I haven’t done lost shipment but I believe the vaults are the same I just did 3 and got about the same amount of gold I normally get from them

    I agree that shipwrecks seem to have gotten a sneaky nerf. Without pve encounters, the ones i've done since s11 do not seem to get you to g5 like they used to.

    @captain-wolf348 I would say a small nerf. I recall way more loot in the captains cabin lost shipment and more often than not a stronghold keg as well really good which is weird how they reworked loot for it considering merchant got the short end of the stick this update.

    Vaults definitely have more trinkets and less captains chest.

    I’ve done both voyages and they definitely aren’t the same. Maybe they want more world event/raid voyage interaction

    I did a vault cruise two days ago and the loot inside was (again) miserable - I remember that the vaults we would usually do used to be full of captain's chests (at least 5 of them), now it's only one. The rest are the sailor's chests. I wonder if they nerfed vaults in general, or did we get bad ones for the last two months.

    @lividmurphy did one yesterday, it was ok, but very few captain's chests...seemed random as always to me

    Anyway, this is a 2 month old thread, probably will get locked

    Depends on your point of reference. Lost shipments were broken for a short period where they had every loot possible. This was nerfed back to normal levels so if your first experience was during that period then yes but no.
    Vaults I haven't seen any significant change, has never been best loot.
