Received no gold, only emissary value.

    Friend and I began selling at the Sovereigns from our captained ship. We received 3000 for a King's chest and after that received no gold for the rest of the loot. Video attached. No idea why this happened, just want me gold matey! link text

    This happen to me last night twice however, for me the gold/rep was just delayed, around 10 mins the 1st time and almost 20 mins the 2nd,,

    @muddydavinci I noticed this as well, it seems i'm getting all my payouts, just delayed.

    There may be a delay in gold awarding. It may take up to 72 hours.
    If the issue remains, please raise a Support ticket and indicate the date and time frame when that happened.

    The game has been like this for years. Sometimes with high useage, gold is delayed. Most of the time, you'll get it eventually. I never received my gold (or commendations which is actually the worse one not to receive sometimes) only twice in the past, when they stated that the server logs are unrecoverable, or something like that. Sucks, but welcome to SoT
