Unable to collect crates from merchants after purchase

    Been having an issue with SoT on PC during the later part of Season 10. When purchasing supply crates from merchants' guild stores, I was then unable to take the crate from the merchant afterward.
    I did manage to work around the issue in Season 10 by then purchasing a merchants voyage and then I was able to collect the crate.
    As of Season 11 this workaround is no longer viable due to the new menu system.
    Seems to be a bug in the game that was introduced during Season 10.

    Does buying a firework crate fix it?

    @alex4280 it used to, but now with the new inputs you can’t access the purchase option if you have pending crates to pick up.

    I’ve found if you purchase and pick up one by one, it tends to work most of the time. Same with the captains supplies.

    I am still having this issue myself. Just bought Commodities, and about halfway through collecting them this bug occurred and now I can't retrieve my crates. I wanted to reply here to put more visibility on the issue.

    Yep, still have this issue on the regular.

    They keep cheating me out of meat too when I buy it.

    @gozzy-au not a pc issue. Xbox also has same problem.

    just started playing again after over a year, still the same problem. Seems this has been an ongoing problem for over two years.....

    after u purchase.. if u cant collect.. just wait a bit and it generally works after 5 minutes or so..
    Shouldnt have to wait at all.. but alas, no game is perfect. Be patient.

    I buy those first thing.. then check the island, by the time im done checking for chains & whatnot, i can collect my crates.

    Another work around is to purchase something from the shipwright in the captaincy supplies section.
