What is the current maximum number of boats/players per server?

    In a recent development note 3 months ago, we were informed that the servers would be made up of a maximum of 5 boats. Is this still the case?
    For example, is it possible to have only 5 sloops on a server without another ship arriving?

    It should be five, but a few weeks ago we saw three galleons and another sloop.

    Thank you for your answers, as I thought I'd understood what I'd read, but confirmation is welcome. After all, the maximum number of players is different, but I wasn't sure about the ship limit.

    Correct, its 5 max now. Use to be 6 but the will remain nameless servers used are not exactly the kind desirable for gaming.

    I wasn't asking this question to "anonymize" a server, but to find out about the current state of the servers, as they've been changing a lot lately ;)
