Just noticed this today in my game. Yesterday everything was working as normal, had all of my unlocked ship crests, logbooks and ship titles. Today, all logbooks, banners, titles and crests were gone from the menu, not like locked but actually missing entirely.
The only ship crests I have left are the Obsidian crest and the Sovereign crest from the plunder pass - both were received by means that aren't tied to ship progression so maybe that means something.
Other ship cosmetics like carpets, table, bed, curtains, etc are unaffected. Only the logbooks, banners, titles and crests are missing.
@vakrisone exactly the same here. The equiped cosmetics are uneffected, just like the one i bought from the pirate's shop.
@wakadbuttermilk That's how it works. But if you use that as an excuse for not reporting, then it will never get fixed.
Well, a new day a new Season update. Now instead of my previously already unlocked ship cosmetics being missing in action they are instead showing up as locked. Progress...???
Meanwhile the SoT website actually has them correctly displaying as unlocked on my account. So a win for the SoT website. Fat L for the SoT game.
@vakrisone Same issue here! Crests, books, banners and titles all reappeared, but are locked. Also, if you unequip a customization, it becomes locked as well. The only way to equip it again is to "revert to ship saved items". Hopefully this gets patched soon.
