Is it possible to have multiple guild ships in same server? If not is it possible to allow up to 6 players on a galleon? Really stinks when larger groups of 5-6 aren't all able to play together on one ship let alone atleast sail on the same seas if we are all in a guild together.

No official way to get multiple ships per server (guilded or otherwise). There are methods to try and achieve it, though results can be inconsistent (all joining servers at the same time and then checking to see if any of you actually ended up on the same server).
No way to have more than 4 on a galleon.
