I have a main ship with lots of 50 ranks, but the chest has no available crests, names, logs. I will show an example of the error on the new ship. I added a ship with the name EvilFire. Ate 125 food on the ship and got rank 5 in the hunters ship category. But in the shipbuilder chest the reward for rank 5 hunters is blocked. Over the week, I received many notifications that I received the name of the ship, coat of arms, etc., but there are no rewards in the chest at all.

As was recommended by Foambreaker, the best route to get this looked in to is to put in a ticket to support to have them investigate the issue. You can do so here.
