How to add friends from different platforms?

    I have never really tried to add people other than Steam, and I don't know if it is possible to add them and invite them to play or add someone from Xbox to a guild, if someone can help me resolve these questions I would be grateful. z3

    I often use the Win+G buttons to open the Xbox Gamebar and add a friend.
    I believe it is the simplest and most efficient way.
