  • Title says it all. I'd like to see if my account has ever been yellowbearded, history of suspensions and perma bans, reasons, etc. From what I know there's no way to check if you've been yellowbearded before.

  • I mean… you should remember if you were? I think you even get an email to the one tied to your account. So should be in there if you didn’t clear it.

  • @melone-dog If you were Yellowbearded...you would know due to the fact you can't log in to play Sea of Thieves.

It even shows you a message when you try.

If you were 'perma banned' then you would need no history....as it is a perma ban. Again, you would know because it shows you a message when you try to play.

If you wish more info or want to appeal any bans, you can contact Support.

Your best option is to...just not get banned. No need for History at all!

  • So you want them to track your history? Be careful what you ask.

  • @triheadedmonkey

what if you're yellowbearded, but you didn't play at all that week, so you have no idea you're yellowbearded?

    Alright, that's nice.

Then explain why someone got perma'd because they were unknowingly yellow'd on their main account, and logged into their alt on Insiders.

How were they supposed to know they got yellowbearded if they didn't boot up the retail game, let alone their main account?

Poor communication over a potentially inaccurate support system is a concern 100% worth bringing up.

God forbid day in-and-out I decide to play this game and engage in nothing but hunting PvP, a gameplay style somewhat consistent in false bans because of the intense comms around other players.

  • This whole thread stinks of "been caught before" and "ban avoidance".

    Lock it and ban OP..
But I'm not allowed to witch hunt.

  • @pithyrumble
Wow ok that's a worrying way to react; Guilty until proven innocent with no proof is not cool imo.

OP has an honest question, Xbox services offers the ability to do exaxtly what OP is wondering about in the Help app so it's a pretty normal question for a console user.

It's definitely a sensitive subject but learning from mistakes like a yellowbeard is a good way to grow as a person.

  • As stated, one can request the desired information by contacting support. As such, you have a means of gaining the info you seek and we will go ahead and drop anchor on this here. Thank you.
