Ive been having this issue since the update. Tried everything from restarting game, unplugging and plugging mouse and keyboard back in, restarting xbox, even deleting the game and reinstalling it. Very frustrating bug when youre more comfortable playing with mouse and keyboard. Any fixes or are the devs aware of this issue yet?

Starting a new thread won't do anything. In fact posting a troubleshooting issue in the suggestion forum won't do anything.
Open a support ticket.
But don't be surprised when they tell you this is intended. The settings on Xbox are extremely limited on purpose. For example you can't bind the extra keys on the Xbox Elite controller to anything other than those the regular controller uses. You can't bind keyboard either, it works for chat and that is about it.
