RGB Skull of Destiny Quest disappearing immediately after voting to activate.

For context if it matters: Galleon crew, Reaper 5. we Set down the Skull of Destiny quest, crew voted on it, it went into the activation animation, then we get a 'quest completed' and we did not get a compass or a map or anything. Quest was just gone. This happened to us twice in a row trying to get the RGB skull quest (two different pirates putting the quest down to the same result.) Anyone else run into this? I have video of it. But I am an old man and I cannot figure out how to post the video here on the forums. I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday night!
